How Can We Help?
Most Asked Questions
Once your order is placed, we will process it before shipment. Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 working days. Once your order is ready, our courier partner will collect the parcel for delivery.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been dispatched.
If you have placed an incorrect order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to assist with cancelling your order so that you may place a new one.
To help us respond efficiently, please contact us through one platform only. Submitting multiple enquiries may delay our response time, as messages are attended to in chronological order.
If you change your mind after receiving your item, you may submit a return request via our Returns page. Once reviewed, we will contact you by email.
All exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns.
For mailed returns, please ensure the item is sent back within 7 days of submitting your online return request. Once received, please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process your Shopping Credits.
If the item you received is defective or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery & Collection
We offer door-to-door delivery for both local and international orders.
International Delivery: For orders to Malaysia, complimentary shipping is available for orders S$100 and above. For all other international destinations, complimentary shipping is available for orders S$200 and above.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges depending on destination country and order value. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 5 to 15 working days.
If your order was placed recently and has not yet been processed, please contact us by email as soon as possible to request an address update.
Once an order has been processed and packed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Tracking information may take 1 to 2 working days to update after shipment.
Your tracking link can be found in the shipment confirmation email sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
If your tracking number is not updating or appears invalid, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Returns
We are committed to making good design accessible to all. If your purchase is not quite right for you, we are happy to help.
You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of receipt for any reason, provided that the items are in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags securely attached.
Approved returns will be refunded in Shopping Credits sent to your email address. These credits may be used online and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please note: Items may only be returned once. Multiple returns for the same item are not permitted; Returned items must be unused and in original condition; Order number is required for returns; Return shipping costs are borne by customer.

International Orders: Please return your parcel via registered mail.
